I was just thinking about friends this morning. I have the bestest (jr. high joke) friends ever. I like my friends more than I like my family. It is very important to have good friends. At least it is for me. My fiance has no friends, and I could never ever imagine that kind of existence. But, now we are friends, so I guess he has a friend now. Anyways, I love your journal. Speaking as a someone who's been out of high school for almost 11 years now, and out of college for 6, the friends I made in college were by far the best. I an still close with several people from the group I hung out with even though we are scattered around the country. On the other hand, I only talk to 1 friend from high school. I think when you're in college, you have connections on a deeper level (even if it doesn't feel deep). I guess I mean to say that you're an adult. Your previous relationships were transitory because you were constantly growing and changing your opinions and ideas. Now that you are a bit older and wiser, you tend to keep the friends you make. At least that's how it was for me. Now that I've written a novel in your guestbook which probably makes no sense, I'll just leave you with my original thought: I still have the friends I made in college. 12:29 am - Wednesday,March 19, 2003

Also, pull the skin tight between two fingers before you pluck, that helps too. The more you do it, the less it hurts. Tweeze away. Hee. 11:03 am - Tuesday,March 18, 2003
