YAY! an entry just for me! I knew that I was special. Sounds like your dog likes you a lot more than mine like me. The only reaction anyone can ever get out of it (other than my mother) is to get it to pee on us. We generally stay away from it...

Speaking as a vet tech, older dogs do start to lose hearing as they get older...especially if they develop vestibular disease which is an imbalance in the tympanic membrane of THE EAR!! Therefore, stuff will sound muffled due to an imbalance in the ear. So dog may only be temporarily deaf...but it is just a side effect of "old dog"...disease.

awww...I'm glad Snowball is okay...it would suck to lose a pet during the Christmas season...my dog just died a few months ago...now she's sitting on our coffee table...

I'm really glad to hear about your dog as well! Funnily enough, my Mom had the same thing happen to her almost 2 years ago. She got over it as well. Please give Snowball a nice pat for me :) Best wishes for the holidays!

SO glad about your dog. i recently had to put my cat to sleep and i'm still buying cat litter out of habit. yay for snowball!
